Yes, our tours usually fill up quickly, so it is important to register early to reserve your spot.

How many people will be on each tour?
We try to keep our tours fairly small, so that we make sure each person receives a high level of service. Typically we have around 12 clients, and another 4 to 5 professionals available to answer your questions.

Are kids allowed on the tour?
Sorry, but no -- Due to limited space, we ask that you do not bring children on the tour. If you find a home that you like, we will be happy to set up an individual appointment for your family to view the home.
